Parkson Hycor Corporation Stainless Steel Roto Strainer Solid / Liquid Separator. Model: RSA2548-1. Dewatering screen: 48 in. L x 25 in. Dia. Screen Opening: 0.030 in. The Roto strainer screen features a heavy-duty corrosion-resistant stainless steel chassis and wedge wire screening cylinder. The screen is externally fed so that influent is directed under a baffle, then upward and over the length of the cylinder. The natural action of wastewater cascading through the screen creates a powerful backwash, which results in a continuously clean surface. Solids are caught on the outside of the screen surface and are removed by a tensioned doctor blade. (2) Inlets: 10-1/2 in. and 5 in. (1) Outlet: 4-1/2 in. Overall dimensions: 5 ft. 10 in.
