Murzan Stainless Steel Drum Unloading System- 55 Gallon. Model: DUS-51M. S/N: 03075296. The Murzan DUS-51M Drum Unloading System consist of a Murzan PI 50 SL-HV-IM 4 in. x 4 in. (T-316L S.S.) double diaphragm CIP'able pump with two suctions. This pump is mounted on a follower plate fabricated of polished 316 stainless steel that floats on top of the product. This plate is fitted with a wiper that cleans the side of the drum as it follows it down, emptying it. The system will pump the product through a 4 in. dia. line to a total equivalent distance of 20 ft. in length. The discharge hose is 3 in. dia. with Q-line end fittings. A polished stainless steel (T-304 S.S.) frame supports the pump and the plate. The DUS-51M includes two air cylinders that center the drum on the plate and two more that will allow you to easily lift the pump out of the drum once the plate has reached the bottom. The unit is supplied with stainless steel 27 in. L x 23 in. W heavy-duty conveyors, with the capacity for two drums that facilitate the easier drum handling. All the pneumatic controls are contained in a NEMA 4X stainless steel box. Overall dimensions: 5 ft. 6 in. L x 32 in. W x 6 ft. 6 in. H minimum (10 ft. 6 in. H maximum). SOLD
