This is a (9) multi-tiered level, cooling tunnel with a 482 ft. 11 in. (active 237 ft. 9 in.) x 19 in. fabric, rubber-coated belt, and 2-1/2 in. of clearance between tiers. Conveyor infeed height: 6 ft. 6 in. Conveyor exit height: 2 ft. 8 in. Conveyor infeed and discharge access-way dimensions: 22-1/2 in. L x 4-1/2 in. H. Features include: emergency, inside door releases on (5) front access doors (end doors have full-size glass viewing panes) that are 35 in. W x 70 in. H. In addition to having an adjustable belt speed, ensuring optimized residence times in the tunnel, this unit has blowing cold air flow created by evaporators, and blown by ventilators with (3) 18 in. fans along the conveyor belts for homogeneous cooling on all sides of the product.
