Includes thermowells of the following sizes: (1) 1-1/2 in. dia. x 6 in. L, (1) 1-1/2 in. dia. x 5 in. L, (1) 1-1/2 in. dia. x 4 in. L. CIP system consists of a dual sprayball set-up extending 32 in. into the tank. Gearmotor, 3 and 1-1/2 hp, 1725/862.5 motor rpm, 43/21-1/2 rpm (final), 460 V, 60 Hz, 3 phase, 40 ratio. Mueller "SV" silos provide the ultimate in liquid food product protection during storage. Their vertical design allows maximum product storage in a minimum of plant space. The tanks may be installed either inside or outside. They are flat pitched bottom-cross braced, stud welded, and circumferentially banded for extra strength under capacity loads, and to prevent inner bottom movement. Inner liner is Type 304 stainless steel with large radius corners and a No. 4 finish for sanitation and cleaning ease. Standard exterior is carbon steel. 20 in. W x 16 in. H manway door includes product sampling valve. Optional feature included is the Mueller Temp-Plate heat transfer surface which provides consistent temperature control. One 60 in. L x 18 in.
