Alfa Laval / Tetra Laval Cassette Plate Evaporator

Alfa Laval / Tetra Laval cassette plate evaporator system, type ace362x, with essence recovery, and all wetted parts being sanitary stainless steel. It is rated for 26,000 lbs/hr of water evaporation, designed to run three types of depectinized juice, clear and cloudy apple juice, and grape juice. It was supplying juice concentrate for the Japanese market and is a special heat sensitive design [plates] with short residence time. The system was new in 1992, is complete with all accessories, pumps, controls etc. The unit is in excellent condition.
