APV Paravap Plate Evaporator. This unit was designed for syrup R&D work for a major US food processor. Appears to be unused or maybe have light use. APV plate and Frame heat exchanger model: SR15S, s/n: 33505. W.O.: 33505, (48) stainless steel plates on heat exchanger with approximately 31 sq. ft. surface area. Pressure vessel: 18 in. diameter x 32 in straight wall to outlet: approximately 35 gallons. SIHI vacuum pump model LEMA-20-AZ8310AO, s/n: 3449791, stk: 906725 with 1 HP, 208-230/460V, 3.4-3.2/1.6 A, 3-ph, 60 Hz motor. Centrifugal product pump 5 HP 208-230/460V, 15-13.6/6.8 A, 3-ph, 60Hz. Control panel and steam valve also installed. Skid mounted assemble on castors. Overall dimensions: 5 ft. 1 in. L x 3 ft. 5 in. W x 5 ft. 11 in. H. (ACN1000).
