Features refrigerant media tubes over nickel-chrome product tubes that provide a heat exchange surface, and act as an enclosure for a rotating dasher. As the dasher rotates, it continuously changes the product on the heat exchange surface of the product tube. This action assures a very rapid heat transfer to a relatively small product volume. Pivot-mounted dasher/scraper blades are attached to the rotating member and are allowed to contact the heat exchange surface for efficient product transfer. Freezer is completely CIP'able and is recommended as a daily maintenance procedure. Dasher dimensions: (2) 6 in. dia. x 48 in. L. Inlets: (3) 2 in. dia. S-line (product), (1) 4 in. dia. pipe (media).
