Up to 30 strokes/minute/head (120 strokes/min with 4 heads). According to Raque, this is conservative estimate. Line speed and indexing system play a part in obtaining these speeds. Air requirements: 40-80 cfm, 80-100 psig. PLC controlled to run multiple shots per container, no bottle no fill, and etc. Indexing System including sensor eyes and gates. Current product cylinders: 11 oz each; capable of handling 20 oz cylinders. OD: 2 in.; ID: 1-1/4 in. Height and width adjustable nozzles with air controlled internal positive shutoff valves. In and Out stroke speed adjustment. Easy fill level adjustment. Easy no tool teardown for cleaning. Blending hopper- 60 gallon. Bolted to conveyor on L brackets; triclamp fitting. Previously filling pasta sauce (RAGU) in 32 oz. jars. Mostly rebuilt and refurbished by Raque. Machine is in good condition and was operating properly when last tested.
